At Hattan Publishers, we strive to provide high-quality publishing and author support services. All projects are planned carefully, and significant resources are invested from the very start. For this reason, all sales and service agreements are considered final.

2. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@hattanpublishers.com. Requests will be reviewed, but cancellations may not always be possible once work has begun.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet entered the production or editing stage.
• A duplicate payment was made due to technical error.
• The services paid for could not be delivered due to circumstances on our end.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

• Editing and proofreading services
• Cover design and layout work
• ISBN registration and publishing fees
• Marketing and promotional campaigns

5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

6. Disputes

In case of disputes, we encourage direct communication with our support team at info@hattanpublishers.com before raising a formal claim.
